With over 15 years of experience as a qualified Interior Decorator, Mary Donnelly is the owner and creative principal of Hot Properties Staging & Styling. Mary has a passion for interior design and home makeovers, specialising in the area of pre-sale staging and styling.
Caitlin, her assistant/daughter, has inherited her skills from her mother along with her qualification in visual merchandising and background in local real estate. You can imagine it’s a mix for magic!
Whats the best thing about your job?: “I love my job mostly because of the reaction from clients when they’ve sold their home for a price above their expectation and/or within a short time frame. It’s always such an emotional time for our clients but it certainly doesn’t need to be a stressful one! I love the challenge of each project because no two properties are the same!” - Mary
What makes you guys such a great team?: “Almost every client asks what it’s like to work with my mum. The answer is always the same (well most of the time!). Mary is the best in her field and her knowledge of design mixed with her way with people makes the process so smooth. We each have different strengths within the business and together it just works!” - Caitlin
